The Evening
Join us at the water’s edge for an evening where Brutalist-adjacent architecture meets Portuguese soul. As the sun begins its descent over the Tagus, we gather inside the striking, tile-clad AL_A building at MAAT. This is more than a panel; it is a river-facing dialogue on how Lisbon’s history as an Atlantic crossroads informs the contemporary textures of design, fashion, and art. We will explore the tension between the preservation of ancient craft and the pressures of global tourism, all framed by the "ripple" of Amanda Levete’s iconic architecture.
